ROLE OVERVIEW
Marsden Advisors is seeking a CLIENT SUCCESS SUPPORT ANALYST who is ready to work with new, emerging technologies and architectures in a forward-thinking healthcare information technology organization that’s always pushing boundaries. You’ll be joining a small team working at the forefront of new technology, assisting with solving challenges faced by many medical practices across the United States that impact both the front end and back end architecture, and ultimately, delivering amazing user experiences. In this role, you will report to a Client Success Manager. You will work directly with the Client Success Manager to onboard our clients and manage existing accounts. You’re a self-starter with a bias for action, enjoy data analysis, and are committed to creating a seamless experience for our clients.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Ensures the client's success by conducting and analyzing audit findings from reviewing MIPS data sources
Determines area(s) for improvement in the compliance program for the client
Prepares reports used to educate the client
Navigates an electronic medical record (EMR/EHR) to determine how an area of a compliance program is documented and identifies sources of decreased performance
Aids in documenting a successful submission of performance measures
The Client Success Analyst assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Client Success Manager
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
2+ years experience in Ophthalmology or Dermatology, including clinical or vendor relevant experience.
Experience in EHR such as Nextech (Ophthalmology or Dermatology), Nextgen, EyeMD, iMedicWare, Modernizing Medicine EMA.
Has an excellent, proven understanding of EHR/EMR and a basic understanding of compliance programs related to it.
Driven to work hard in a fast-paced startup environment.
Interested in growing their career with upward mobility to a Client Success Manager.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Detail-oriented with proven ability to multitask.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, including the ability to transfer raw data into functioning and readable spreadsheets (including but not limited to CSV file types) is desired.
Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide software solution recommendations
Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
Must pass initial and periodic background checks, and comply with all applicable HIPAA and Security regulations, including maintaining HIPAA Awareness and Security Certification
This role can be remote, but candidates are preferred to be located within the Eastern time zone.
