JOB SUMMARY
The Divisional Vice President will drive the Leadership Engagement Growth & Safety (LEGS) strategy of the company within the Milwaukee market. The Vice President will establish project objectives for labor control, customer satisfaction, quality assurance, safety and contract compliance to achieve specified profit objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Builds, develops and manages the operational leadership teams capable of carrying out needed operational strategies, profit objectives and talent management and development.
- Coordinates implementation and execution of operational policies and practices throughout the organization.
- Plans, directs and implements strategic changes in operations strategy company-wide.
- Directs and encourages operational leadership team members in continuous improvement processes.
- Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships.
- Oversees project budgets to ensure compliance with organizational expenditure requirements.
- Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Provides strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e. evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers.
- Evaluation of branch operations structure and team plan for continuous improvement of the efficiency and effectiveness of the group as well as providing individuals with professional and personal growth and development with emphasis on opportunities (where possible) of individuals.
- Builds expansion of the company footprint.
- Develops plans to monitor and improve Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for the operation.
- Implement processes in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
- Interviews and recommends supervisory and management staff for positions within the assigned area.
- Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions for abnormalities.
- Remove production constraints; allocate human and equipment resources and direct employees to attain all established goals.
- Regular regional travel to support customers and/or sales opportunities and to expand business throughout the territory.
- Uses Microsoft Office-based cost management system to audit bi-weekly budgets for all assigned accounts to include labor, supplies, and equipment.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a commercial janitorial, facilities services, or similar service based/multi-site experience.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead in a mobile role with responsibility for a decentralized workforce and multiple customers
- 4 year degree in Business Administration or related field
- Computer proficiency; MS Office, Internet, Outlook, automated timekeeping systems; hand-held technology
- Ability to travel regularly throughout region
