Marsden Services has an immediate opening for a Customer Care Representative to join an essential service company to help care for the buildings and facilities in your community.

• Learn new, technical skills and gain experience with on-the-job training.
• You’ll be responsible for making our clients and colleagues happy while keeping them informed.

JOB DUTIES

Customer Care is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Processing work orders from our clients to our operators.
• Communicate clearly and thoroughly with clients, account managers and site managers via phone and email.
• Work in a variety of systems, managing the flow of information

SHIFT Saturday 6:30am – 2:30pm

         Sunday 6:30am – 2:30pm

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages are a plus.
• You MUST be 18 years or older.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
