We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team. You will provide overall support to attorneys' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and other filings
• Assist in all aspects of case management, including maintaining and organizing case files, discovery, managing case calendars, and ensuring deadlines are met
• Order and summarize medical records
• Assist with providing materials to expert witnesses
• Aid in trial preparation
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a paralegal (5+ years preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved paralegal program preferred
• Familiarity with legal drafting and court filing systems
• Proficiency in word processing, such as Microsoft Word and related technology
• Ability to be organized, prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
