    Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an experienced Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney (“A&E/CD”) for its New York City office. The A&E/CD practice group is team-work based and client focused with the opportunity for client interaction and practice growth. Specifically, we are seeking candidates who have experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases. Preferably candidates for this position will have a proven trial track record, and experience at the state and federal level. Candidates should have excellent organizational skills and be able to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support.

    Compensation range: $125,000 - $200,000 which is negotiable dependent on experience level and portable business.
