    Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a leading Am Law 200 civil defense law firm with over sixty (60) years of continued service to our corporate, insurance, and individual clients, is seeking an Associate Attorney with two (2) or more years of litigation experience to join our growing Fort Lauderdale team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aggressive attorney to litigate a variety of premises and retail liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto and commercial trucking cases for our Fortune 500 clients. This team works as a unit and the ideal candidate is one who thrives in a collaborative environment.

    The candidate's cases will range in exposure and will include catastrophic losses, including fatalities, involving multiple claimants. This position is not for the timid as the complexity of these claims demands an ability to work proactively and creatively. Your strong analytical, writing, research and communication skills are valued at this firm.     As this position seeks a candidate with two (2) or more years of legal experience, the candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will nourish their development. It is not immediately expected that the candidate will be able to independently manage their own cases from inception to trial. However, under our tutelage, the candidate can expect that our investments in them will help that attorney develop these skills. Feedback is continuous and the candidate's individual goals are valued.
