    The law offices of Marshall Dennehey, a leading Am Law 200 civil defense litigation firm, is seeking a full-time Paralegal to join a busy Special Investigation/Personal Injury Protection practice in its Mt. Laurel office.

    This team works as a national unit to serve the insurance industry and the ideal candidate is one who works proactively and creatively. The candidate's cases will range from fraud/special investigations (medical provider fraud, staged accidents, first party property and others), to no fault litigation filed in all fifty (50) States. The candidate can expect to work with litigation group that will continue to nourish their development within the area of practice.

    Job duties may include:

    • Obtain, review and analyze documents, including medical records and financial records, tax and employment records, or any other relevant information
    • Compile evidence and supporting information by searching records and claim files
    • Manage files, documents, and other artifacts
    • Coordinate with support services and clients, opposing law firms, and courts
    • Manage court docket calendar
    • Generate status reports, logs, and indexes
    • Correspond with clients and opposing law firms
    • Legal research
    • Research and analysis of case issues, including prior case law
    • Perform additional duties as required

    Job Requirements:

    • Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or an Associate's degree.
    • At least 1 - 3 years of legal experience preferred.
