The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience in corporate transactional practice. Experience with technology transactions or a background in technology is a major plus.

Should have familiarity with some of the following: M&A, venture capital and finance. Ideal candidates should have experience with business entity matters, securities (including SEC reporting compliance), mergers and acquisitions, licensing public and private financings, corporate governance and contract matters.
