Growing Litigation law firm has an immediate opening for an experienced Trial Attorney specializing in Insurance Defense

Seeking an experienced and motivated Attorney with at least 7 years of personal injury/ construction defect defense litigation experience. The ideal attorney will have experience in Bodily Injury and/or Construction Defect. This position involves all aspects of litigation including law and motion, discovery, and liability, and expert depositions.

In this role you would be meeting with associates and junior partners to review their cases), as well as advising on and overseeing larger exposure matters and cases headed to trial.

The trial attorney will conduct court appearances, arbitration, mediations, and trials and will be responsible for a reasonable caseload. Must have trial experience.

Pay based on experience. Excellent Bonus structure that rewards attorneys

Requirements:

• Excellent Legal Research and Writing skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Minimum of 7 years of Insurance Defense Experience
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
