An excellent firm with a national reach is seeking to add team members to its Labor Law group. The ideal candidate would have 3 or more years of Construction & Labor Law knowledge or 2 years of NY Labor Law experience.

This position would include:

• Handling construction and labor law litigation

• Prepare legal briefs and other pleadings

• Handle various aspects of litigation, such as motion hearings, mediations, and depositions

• Determine litigation strategy

• Prepare trial material and handle or assist at pretrial, trial, and post-trial proceedings
