We are in need of a real “go-getter” who can make an immediate impact in our Southern California Property Management division. The main objective of this role is to lead and work alongside a team that manages a portfolio of 250+ single-family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family properties in Orange County and Los Angeles County. In this managerial position, you will oversee our Property Management team and be responsible for the success of our Property Management department. The main objective of this role is to keep our landlords (owners) happy and lead the Property Management Team to do the same. This position requires a quick learner, someone who can take initiative, has impeccable follow-through and communication skills, and can pose as a leader to their team. This role has the opportunity to help us build out multifamily syndication entities in the coming months. Please note: This is NOT a remote position. Responsibilities: • Manage a high-volume portfolio of single-family homes • Manage, lead, and train the property management team • Provide exceptional customer service and account management to property owners and tenants • Respond to resident concerns and requests on a timely basis to ensure resident satisfaction with management • Maintain accurate records for all properties and submit them in a timely manner (i.e. maintenance requests, monthly statements, move-in/move-out reports, etc.) • Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time • Maintain and build our outstanding reviews and ratings on Yelp, Google, and Zillow • Take accountability and hold a team accountable to maintain client satisfaction • Run all background checks and screening for applications • Foster strong relationships with our preferred vendors and help build and maintain our approved vendor list • Take direction well but exercise good, independent judgment when necessary Qualifications: • Single Family Residential Experience required • California Real Estate License Required • Previous experience managing teams of 5+ • Experience with Property Management Software, AppFolio is a huge plus • Experience with CRM software, SuiteCRM is a plus • Must be a quick learner with a passion for real estate • Highly self-motivated and willing to put forth extra effort consistently • Bachelor’s Degree preferred Compensation: $80,000 - $107,000 annually
