As a QA Engineer, you will play the critical role of testing our product's functionality, usability, and sustainability. As a core member of the Scrum team, you will be involved in all aspects of the software development process, with key ownership of the product’s quality. You will document all testing phases, both celebrating successes and identifying bugs and failed tests. You’re naturally inquisitive and jump at the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to identify inefficiencies and enhance quality for all users. Responsibilities: • Serve as our team’s expert for implementing and maintaining software development quality best practices • Help support the testing process with active involvement in the planning and documentation phases for multiple software platforms • Perform manual QA on features, explore edge cases thoroughly, and collaborate with the engineering team to remove blockers and resolve issues quickly • Design and develop automated tests to be integrated with the continuous integration (CI)/continuous delivery (CD) pipelines • Review automated test results and follow up with manual testing for fail conditions • Leverage Python/PyTest for testing and Jest for JavaScript code • Write testing documentation including acceptance criteria, test plans and test summary reports • Document and organize all manual and automated tests performed including failed test cases • Create and present reports on product quality by sprint with quarterly summaries • Analyze product features and suggest changes to enhance efficiency and user experience  Qualifications: • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Software QA Engineer • Extensive experience with both manual and automated QA testing • Expert user of MySQL, MongoDB and GitLab • Extensive experience working with Agile/Scrum Software Development methodologies and supporting project management technologies such as Jira, Trello, etc. • Experience in Real Estate or related fintech industry strongly preferred • Strong ability to work within a collaborative team to perform root cause analysis and offer problem resolution • Must have a strong sense of ownership with an eagerness to learn, improve and innovate  BENEFITS: • Company Sponsored Health: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life • 401(k) with matching • Company Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off - Vacation and Sick time • Real estate investing bonuses • & more Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000
