    We are looking for motivated, hardworking insurance producers to join our dedicated & trusted team. We are committed to providing the highest quality service to clients who entrust their auto, home, small business and/or other insurance needs to us. Ideally, you are a licensed agent that is ready to play a key role in growing our company's insurance agency.

    What you bring to the team:

    · You are a self-motivated, problem solver that understands his/her salary can grow exponentially as the agency grows. · You’re Bi-lingual Spanish/English, and comfortable providing high quality customer service in either language. (sometimes both at the same time) · You enjoy working in a family oriented, fast paced environment and a desire to foster long term relationships with clients and team members. · A team player with a competitive spirit and an eagerness to learn and improve. · You take pride in providing value & building trust within the Latino community specifically around our core pillars of Education, Confidentiality, and Quality Customer Service along with the greater community at large. · Preference to those with experience working with Agency Matrix or other CRM, providing non-standard insurance, strong computer (google docs, MS Office) skills, and an ability to identify cross selling opportunities.

    The expectations in this role:

    · In person customer service, sales, underwriting and record keeping. · Educate clients ethically on auto, home, renters, & small business insurance options. · Communicate clearly with clients when quoting prices & financial options and complete sales with extraordinary customer service. · Service existing accounts, answer questions, and provide accurate information to ensure clients can make the best decision for their families. · Help identify cross-selling opportunities across our agency service matrix. · Punctual with a professional attitude.

    Schedule:

    Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours/week
