    We are hiring a professional and seasoned executive assistant to support the owner of Marti Hampton Real Estate. You'll be in charge of managing schedules, administrative tasks, coordinating travel, team reporting and admin, simple finance and accounting duties as well as various tasks based on team needs. We are looking for an assistant that is well organized, efficient, and adaptable to create new efficiencies for the organization. Responsibilities: Report incoming information like phone calls, messages, memos, and emails to an executive Execute other tasks as assigned by executives like picking up orders, arranging personal appointments, etc. Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings • Proactively seek new processes and systems to create efficiencies • Work between departments to streamline communication and eliminate redundancies • Distribute monthly sales and team reporting • Help with onboarding new team members and administrative tasks Qualifications: Familiar with Microsoft Office Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills High school diploma or G.E.D. required At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Proficient with new technology to create efficiencies where appropriate • Must have a positive attitude • Customer service mentality Compensation: $15 - $25 hourly
