Real Estate Marketing Social Media Coordinator
We seek to hire a Marketing Specialist in our Raleigh, NC office. This position requires strategic thinking, flexibility, creativity, excellent writing and editing skills, a well-developed graphic eye, planned and proactive approaches, and the ability to shift priorities frequently while maintaining attention to detail and achieving high-quality standards. The Marketing Specialist must be able to prioritize, multi-task, and function effectively as part of a team under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload, and manage time efficiently in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while demonstrating an enthusiastic “can do” attitude. • Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills with strong time management and organizational skills. • Self-starter and problem-solver with creativity at the forefront to engage and attract to our company. • Interacts with others effectively by utilizing good communications skills, cooperating purposefully, and providing information and guidance, as needed, to achieve the business goals. • Possesses extensive working knowledge of digital marketing planning and execution. • Ability to effectively engage in social media activities, including video sharing and content sharing to promote the company. • Sets priorities and manages workflow to ensure efficiency, timeliness, and accuracy. • Maintains a cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts. • Keeps informed regarding industry information and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance. • Ability to hit the ground running and prioritize tasks in a fun, fast-moving office! Responsibilities: • Versatile and comfortable engaging in all digital marketing and communications activities including Social Media, Newsletters, websites, seminars and Webinars, Collaterals, Marketing Campaigns, Event Marketing, Recruitment, and Lead Generation Campaigns • Help manage all social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, Twitter, Clubhouse, etc. • Design, schedule and continuously promote all marketing campaigns in a strategic and organized process using a project management mindset • Support marketing team efforts in tracking all marketing leads or prospects attributed to all promotional campaigns • Draft and edit communications content (e.g. email content, blogs, direct mail, social media posts) • Help maintain and contribute to the company website to include the creation of rich and creative content that is optimized for search engines (HTML knowledge is a plus!) • Oversee and coordinate the writing of articles and blogs with input from a variety of internal and external sources • Assist in designing all digital or video-based promotional materials with a quick turnaround • Lead the team in shooting and editing short-form videos for promotional use • Oversee the media asset organization and optimize digital assets for web/SEO • Support the team with weekly seminars, Zoom meetings, Clubhouse and webinar presentation set up, presentation, and logistics • Facilitate effective internal communications within team newsletter and Facebook Groups • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software to segment databases, create landing pages, global promotional campaigns, and paid ad campaigns • Help coordinate local events, community outreach efforts, and training opportunities • Provide administrative support to Marketing and Communications Manager and internal teams • Experience designing, implementing, tracking, and reporting on Facebook Ad campaigns, Google Ads, Hubspot Ads, and similar software advertising • Understanding of Google Analytics, SEO, and search marketing Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or equivalent • 2-4 years prior experience working on a communications and marketing team with progressive responsibilities over time • Video production, Photography, and editing/publishing experience (Final Cut, Premiere, etc.) • Automated marketing platform expertise, preferably Hubspot or similar CRM • Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) • Experience managing Facebook advertising, Google ads, and SEO • Strong Google analytical skills, including critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills • Possesses strong organizational abilities • Ability to understand written and oral communication and interpret abstract information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to carry out complex tasks with many concrete and abstract variables • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously • Ability to work both independently and in a group setting in a highly collaborative environment Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
