We are seeking a Martial Arts Coach to join our team and lead engaging classes for children of all ages and skill levels.

Position Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Martial Arts Coach to develop and lead classes for children at our facility. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating a positive, safe, and disciplined environment where kids can learn martial arts skills, build confidence, and develop physical fitness. This is a unique opportunity to shape our martial arts program from the ground up and inspire the next generation of martial artists.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a structured martial arts curriculum suitable for various age groups and skill levels, from beginners to advanced students.

Lead energetic and engaging martial arts classes, ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants.

Teach fundamental martial arts techniques, forms, and philosophies in a way that is accessible and fun for children.

Provide personalized instruction and feedback to help each child progress and reach their full potential.

Promote a positive and disciplined class environment, emphasizing respect, focus, and perseverance.

Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and class activities.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of class equipment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or mentoring capacity.

Certified in a recognized martial arts discipline (e.g., Karate, Taekwondo, Judo, Kickboxing).

Strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different age groups.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Patient, enthusiastic, and highly motivated.

First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
