Martin is a family owned and operated, 4th generation, large and small ag dealership. It was established in 1926 at a farmhouse in Roanoke, IL and has grown into a multi-location corporation with 13 locations in central and west central IL. It has the cultural feel of the small-town environment with the development benefits of a larger corporation. We are a John Deere dealership.
We are looking for someone who wants to develop themselves and their knowledge base within our company. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, organizational skills and excellent work ethic. Agriculture knowledge is a plus.

The Customer Support Representative sells and ensures new service department business by contacting customers and signing them up for service work. Provides support to service manager, technician, parts manager and sales team when needed. Promotes parts department business by discussing different parts programs and options. Provides support to location/facility maintenance to ensure site quality and consistent representation to its customers.
