RESPONSIBILITES:

     * Answer all incoming calls, texts, emails and chat requests in a timely fashion   according to dealer standards.

     * Must be able to effectively and effencially  record contacts in Lead System

     * Follow up with customers in a timely fashion according to dealer standards.

     * Maintain adequate knowledge of dealer inventory

     * Provide prospective customers with prompt, courteous service throughout the car buying experience

QUALIFICATONS:

     * MUST have at least 2 years experience in dealer internet sales

     * MUST be able to communicate and enunciate proficiently.

     * MUST have excellent follow up skills

     * MUST be 18 years or older

     * MUST be authorized to work in the US

     * MUST have a valid sales license
