• Communicate with customers via phone, email and text – No cold calling!
• Handle incoming sales or service calls
• Set appointments for customers to visit our dealership
• Utilize hands on training and coaching provided to effectively build rapport with customers, overcome concerns and objections and motivate customers to take action
• Help our dealerships achieve sales goals by developing business and following up on opportunities

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic phone skills are a must
• Must be proficient with email and light computer systems
• Must have a clear, articulate and pleasant speaking voice
• Must be a genuine people person
• Must have the drive and motivation and desire to earn a great income
