    Martin, Harding & Mazzotti, LLP is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Social Security Disability department in our Albany, NY office. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Duties include all aspects of case development and preparation to represent clients at their disability hearings before Administrative Law Judges. • Attorneys will also be called upon to assist with oversight and provide guidance to support staff in matters related to legal issues or the handling of claims.  Qualifications: • Current admission to NYS Bar • Strong written and verbal/communication skills • Desire to become a contributor to an excellent team of attorneys and support staff • One or more years or hearing/courtroom experience or experience taking testimony in litigation or other administrative proceedings • Willingness to learn and develop skills necessary to further their career working with clients who are injured or disabled • Strong knowledge of PC applications, Windows, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
