We are hiring a team of Mortgage Loan Apprentices; people who want to break into the mortgage business, and be trained by a very successful loan officer. You will start off making a salary plus commission, and work your way up the ladder to become a loan officer in a top producing branch in Raleigh, NC. You do not need to be licensed when you start, but will need to be within 3 months of beginning your career with us (may take test up to 3 times). The salary starts at $30,000-$40,000/yr (plus commission), and grows each year until you graduate to Loan Officer (at this point your commission is up to you, and is limitless) Responsibilities: • Train under loan managers on the team to learn every aspect of the business • Be a part of daily morning meetings and be an active participant in group activities/trainings • Help intake loan applications and set them up for processing/underwriting • Work with other team members to ensure the process for the client is smooth and closings happen on time, every time • Eventually work your way up to being able to bring in own leads and clients Qualifications: • No formal loan officer experience is needed • We are looking for fun, energetic and eager to learn individuals who strive for success • Must be willing to take direction well, and work well with a team • Must be computer savvy, but no experience with our programs is necessary • Must have great communication skills, both with team members and clients • Must have great follow up and be able to multi-task, as our branch works on many loans at one time Compensation: $35,000 - $55,000 yearly
