The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our legal software, overseeing Lawmatics, and systematizing all operational processes to ensure efficiency and productivity. This role focuses on the technical aspects of a Chief Operating Officer and requires a deep understanding of legal operations, software management, and process optimization. Base salary plus bonuses based on KPIs. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the firm, including administrative functions, sales, client service, and back-office operations. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Monitor and analyze the firm’s operational performance through KPIs, ensuring that all areas are meeting their targets. • Lead, mentor, and manage administrative and operational staff, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. • Lead, mentor, and manage sales team and metrics. • Collaborate with senior management to align operational strategies with the firm’s business goals. • Manage vendor relationships, office logistics, and technology resources to support firm activities. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within a legal or technology-focused environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Clio and Lawmatics preferred. • Strong understanding of process automation and optimization. • Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. • Proven experience in managing projects and leading cross-functional teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach. Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 yearly
