    Remote Legal Intake and Sales Specialist We are growing fast, and we need an Intake and Sales Specialist who can hit the ground running. You do not need to have a legal background. In fact, a sales background would be even more important. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Full-time or part-time is available. Flexibility on when your hours are scheduled and flexibility with working remotely is possible after training is completed. During the first 30 days of employment, the pay will be $25/hour, with opportunities for salary and commission after that, including performance incentives for those who can demonstrate their profitability. Responsibilities: • Screening potential new clients and scheduling initial consultations  • Create and foster a sense of urgency about engaging the Firm • Ensuring that every potential new client is better off for contacting the Firm, whether they hire us or not • Conduct in-depth meetings, both in-person and over the phone, with potential new clients  • Sign engagement letters with potential new clients • Oversee client on-boarding process and hand file over to the legal production team • Follow up with potential new clients who did not engage the Firm to keep the door open for them to come in when they are ready • Responsible for updating the Firm’s databases, reports, or spreadsheets to track incoming calls, qualified leads, consultations scheduled, and other key metrics Qualifications: • You smile when you answer the phone • You are an amazing scheduler with a high degree of attention to detail  • You are very good with calendars, e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing, and the internet • You can play nice with others and are a team player • You handle the call at 4:00 pm on Friday with as much enthusiasm as the first call on Monday • Familiar with client relationship management systems • You can sell our services to clients who really need us Compensation: $18 per hour
