We are growing fast, and we need a family law attorney who can hit the ground running. This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work 40 hours per week. There will be a base salary DOQ and an opportunity for bonus compensation. Responsibilities: • Appear in family court • Supervise paralegals, law clerks, and administrative personnel • Receptivity to high-pressure situations • Attendances at OFP and HRO hearings • Bilingualism in Spanish an asset Qualifications: • Minnesota bar license for at least 2 years • Family law experience for at least 2 years • Proven experience with family law and court appearances • A good moral and professional reputation • Spanish language fluency is a plus Compensation: $90,000 - $125,000 yearly
