    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in furniture procurement and high-end residential interior design
    • Proficient with Revit, Adobe Creative Suites, G Suite, Sketchup, Enscape.
    • Relationships with furniture makers, showrooms, and local vendors/trades a plus
    • Ability to start immediately
    • Eligible to work in the US
    • Valid California Driver's license

    Responsibilities

    • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment including the provision of contract documentation to facilitate pricing, procurement, and installation of items.
    • Coordinate and oversee on-site installations with movers and subcontractors.
    • Prepare specifications and schedules with accurate product information for all furniture, plumbing, appliances, lighting, and finishes.
    • Assist and oversee the production of presentation materials, maintenance of specification sheets, and purchase logs.
    • Coordinate and communicate between several different teams and within each project.
    • Manage communication with various vendors from specifying through purchasing and installation/delivery.
    • Effectively and accurately document and complete purchases. Coordinate client invoicing with in-house financial team.
    • Work closely with the principal designer on projects in all phases.
    • Prepare construction documents, consisting of plans, elevations, details, and specifications, to illustrate structural and non-structural elements, power locations, reflected ceiling plans, and lighting designs. Ability to field measure and document building conditions.
    • Coordination and collaboration with other design professionals who may be retained to provide professional services, including but not limited to upholstery, drapery, painters, cabinetmakers, and wallpaper installers.
    • Ability to go to construction sites and showrooms.
    • Ability to manage a project and a team
