    Job Description

    Marucci Sports has a position available at our company headquarters for an IT Support Specialist to assist the IT Manager and Project Manager with all support requests from company users. This includes installing and configuring hardware, software, systems, and printers. The employee will use a variety of technical skills, proficiency with Excel, and general knowledge of IT and IT Security best practice processes. Training for the company's WMS and ERP systems will be provided. Specialist must be able to understand the user's issue, add any information needed in the ticketing system, categorize and route the ticket appropriately, and follow up to ensure completion. Attention to detail is a must! Specialist will work with internal resources and third-party IT provider to ensure success on all open items. The implementation of key controls for SOX compliance under the guidance of the CIO and IT Manager is an important part of the success of this role.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond to all tickets in a timely manner.
    • When needed, gather additional information and escalate tickets for further assistance.
    • Assist with system and hardware installation as needed.
    • Manage user access systems.
    • Collaborate with our third-party IT support team to jointly complete strategic initiatives.
    • Assist with updates to policies and procedures as needed.
    • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
    • Preserve assets, information security and control structures
    • Produce and coordinate IT audit information where necessary
    • Daily import of web orders into ERP system
    • Review of import/export hubs for ERP and WMS
    • Make corrections to documents in each system as required
    • Assist users with error messages in the ERP system

    EXPERIENCE WITH THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES

    • Active Directory
    • Office 365 Administration
    • SharePoint
    • Apple and Windows experience
    • Communications systems Teams, Slack, VOIP
    • Domain environments (2012 2019)
    • ERP and Warehouse management systems a plus
    • Network Technology, Firewall, VPN, VLAN, Campus-wide wireless systems
    • Ticketing systems for issue and process tracking
