Job description:

Maruka USA Inc. is a premier supplier of Machine Tools, and Accessories, offering Sales, Service and Applications to a Territory consisting of Southern NY, NJ and PA.

Due to their growing business platform, they are actively seeking a Regional Service Engineer to provide field service and installation support to their growing customer base.

They are seeking candidates with a strong working knowledge of CNC Milling and Turning Equipment. Additionally, experience with Fanuc Controls is a plus.

Essential Functions:

• Performing Field Service on Machines at Customer Sites
• Installation of New Machines and Ensuring that Product is Installed Correctly
• Reading Prints and Strong Understanding of Electrical Diagrams
• Completion of Work Orders, Installation Paperwork and Required Forms
• Product Training as Needed To Enhance Customer Knowledge of Machine Tool
• Planning Trips to Customer Sites and Submitting Weekly Expense Forms
• Phone Support as Needed
• Willingness to Learn and Take Part in Web Based Product Training
• Honest, Dependable and Team Player with a Positive Attitude
• Always Willing To Support the Customer

Job Qualifications:

• Experience with CNC Machine Tools; Milling, Turning and Machining
• High School Diploma, Technical School or Equivalent Experience
• Ability to Use Various Hand Tools
• Ability To Travel as Needed; Plan Trips and Ability to Navigate Through Territory
• Valid Driver’s License With Clean Driving Record
