Systems Transformation/ Accounting Manager

Special Project Accountant Reports to the CFO as well as work with the Senior Management Team. The employees love taking care of their clients, and this translates to very loyal customers. A privately-held financial services company, they have grown significantly year over year.

This role sets you apart because, as a critical member of the Senior Management team, you are here to be a resource across Senior Management and fill in the gaps. Ideally, your background represents progressively responsible financial and technical roles, preferably in the technology industry or financial services.

The Role You Will Play: Using your knowledge of accounting systems, accounting and programming, and overall business understanding, you will work closely and be a resource for this growing company.

We like people who understand and have worked in operations within a high transaction volume business. Successful employees have previous accounting, finance, and systems and comfortably communicate across functional areas and teams. 2+ years of experience, degreed, professional.

• 3+ years of audit experience

•Big 4 or National Accounting Firm helpful

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or Finance

• Excellent work ethic, time management, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent listening, writing, negotiating and presentation skills

• Business knowledge that combines the ability to see the big picture with the appropriate attention to detail
