Entrepreneurial business owner /philanthropist located in beautiful Bedford, New York is looking for a full-time permanent personal/executive assistant with solid property management experience. Must be extremely bright, proactive, meticulous with detail, and someone who can act as your employer’s alter ego. Must be very tech savvy including MS Word, Outlook and QuickBooks/Quicken. Five days/week, M-F, hours are flexible. Client sits on many boards. Must be outstanding communicator, both written and verbal, who can present as client’s representative to numerous business and personal contacts. Extremely busy position, large variety of duties. Must be willing to get your hands dirty and take on any task, large or small. Client is well connected with high level celebrity and government officials. Must be polished and very discreet. No egos here. Household staff are kind, loyal, and dependable and they are looking for the same in this assistant. No weekend work entailed unless there is a crisis. Employer is respectful of your time. Hopefully you enjoy animals! Strictly handling all business, philanthropic, and personal duties. Much autonomy while working as a team. Should be energetic and able to move around a large estate, both inside and out. $50.00+ per hour, depending upon experience. Paid vacation and reasonable unlimited sick time.
