    Job Description

    Successful lifestyle and retail brand in Rowayton/Darien, Connecticut area is searching for a customer service / administrative assistant with fabulous client facing skills to support this thriving business in their upscale boutique. Responsibilities include administrative duties, checking in products to their warehouse, handling inventory and returns, managing scheduling, and interfacing with customers and models. The right candidate is someone with the highest standard of customer service and a thick skin to understand and meet customers' needs, plus a high level of emotional intelligence. Detail oriented and meticulous. Excel skills a plus. This is an entry-level position for someone willing to grow and learn about the brand. Experience or interest in fashion a plus. Will consider soon-to-be or current college graduate or a more experienced person. Salary $50K, bonus eligible, unlimited PTO, 401k. No medical benefits. Position will be fully remote for the first 1-2 months, then will be hybrid (in office 3x / week). Hours are Mon-Fri, 9-5. Be part of this fun, collegial environment!
