    Job Description

    Kirkland CPA firm seeks office administrator to support and assist two busy CPAs. Flexible 25 per week schedule with potential for more hours.  Compensation based on experience.

    Job Responsibilities:

    ·         Track workflow, updating database for projects as received, extended, filed, and invoiced

    ·         Field phone calls and emails, assist clients with inquiries, schedule appointments

    ·         Prepare daily mail, including certified mail and post office trips

    ·         Scan and assemble tax documents

    ·         Maintain on-line and paper files

    ·         Assemble final tax returns for delivery

    ·         Follow-up on accounts receivable, including mailing statements

    Job Skills Required:

    ·         Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members

    ·         Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills

    ·         Ability to multitask and efficiently manage own time

    ·         Proactive in anticipating needs and seeking solutions

    ·         Proficient in Office 365

    ·         Ability to learn new software applications

    ·         Commitment to strict confidentiality
