E-commerce Digital Marketing Associate entry level Itasca, Il -Crane USA is a globally recognized leader in the home appliance industry for heaters, humidifiers, air purifiers, and fans. The full-time position must oversee Crane's retail and online sales presence and be responsible for conveying a consistent brand image on the web. QUALIFICATIONS: Crane is looking for a candidate that is interested in learning about the manufacturing industry, and working in e-commerce. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, curious, and willing to learn new skills in order to perform the job functions. Strong in excel. EDUCATION: College degree, 0-2 years experience in e-commerce, online marketing, PIM tools, excel. PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS: eCommerce o Complete and submit set up sheets for Crane products (spreadsheets/portal) o Syndicate Master Data and periodically audit customers, updating as needed o Analyze reports & work with sales, buyer, and planners to achieve performance goals. o Assist supply chain, finance, and marketing with customer-specific projects. o Ongoing item maintenance to ensure accurate item data, images, catalogs, prices, and content. o Manage compliance work including Amazon Vendor Certificates, WERCS, and others as they come up. o Weekly meetings with 3P Amazon Consultants to discuss Amazon strategy. o Manage Crane's databases Website Management o Manage crane-usa.com, and retail partner websites including new item setup, merchandising, optimization, maintenance, and auditing. Marketing o Provide product information such as UPC codes, case pack quantities, and other information as needed. o Communicate new product launches and assist in the development of marketing campaigns. Sales & Business Development o Assist Vice President with sales presentations, product quotes, and any other miscellaneous work including, but not limited to, gathering and shipping samples, creating spreadsheets, and assisting in presentations. o Assist sales reps and/or communicate directly with buyers and potential retailers o Update retail account information, provide support and work on promotion opportunities. o Create and analyze reports on new opportunities for business and sales forecasts. o Attend buyer meetings and line reviews as needed. o Develop new policies and procedures to automate and optimize internal operations, business performance, and partner cooperation. Vendor Setup o Complete and submit set up documents & trading agreements. o Work with Supply Chain, Sales rep, and Finance to complete all steps of the setup process. o Ensure finalization of accurate information, successful integrations, and completion of all processes to get items live on the customer website Travel 10-20% of the time.
