    Job Description

    Self-Employed Sales Director with Mary Kay Cosmetics seeks an office assistant. The position would be in my home, during the weekdays, 5-10 hours per week. Strong Social Media skills, ability to prioritize & multitask, knowledge of excel, Mac computer. Comfortable working independently and self-motivated. Reliable transportation, non-smoker. This is not a virtual position. For tax purposes, you would file as an independent contractor.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Manage Social Media accounts
    • Handle & process customer orders 
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • ​Strong organizational skills
