Maryhill Winery is looking to add to our Maryhill Tasting Room & Bistro team in Woodinville, WA, with an experienced culinary professional. Successful candidates will provide outstanding organizational skills, be self motivated, punctual, responsible, contributive, and team oriented.
Maryhill Winery Tasting Room and Bistro in Woodinville, WA is hiring for a line cook position. This position will be part of a team responsible for preparing menu items, prepping, kitchen organization and cleanliness, as well as participating in creative discussion and team building. Candidates will be expected to be capable of efficiently running a high-volume scratch culinary line operation while ensuring our guests receive the best food quality possible, and our team remains motivated and high functioning.
Skills and Experience:
Organize and coordinate prep line and work cooperatively with team
Ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality are being met by all staff
Maintain a clean work environment at all times
Ability to self-manage and work independently
Manage inventory levels and prep bar levels
Required to follow all safety procedures to ensure personal safety from potential hazards
Other duties assigned as it relates to the team environment
Perform any and all necessary duties required to maintain the standards of Maryhill
Deliver consistent high quality dishes
Reliable; consistently at work and on time
Maintain a professional manner at all times

Knowledge and Certifications:
Preferred knowledge of POS systems
Awareness and ambassador of safety
Food handler’s card or SERV Safe/HACCP Certification, preferred knowledge in alcohol serving laws

Part-time position available. Varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and select holidays. Experience preferred but not required, on the job training available to qualified candidates.
