    An exciting opportunity to join one of the Northwest's Premier wineries. Maryhill Winery is looking to add to our talented Spokane Tasting Room and Bistro team with a Bistro Kitchen Manager. Successful candidates will provide exceptional service, leadership skills, and kitchen management experience.

    With an ever-growing list of awards, we are looking for a great person to join the Maryhill Winery Family. We are looking for a well-rounded hospitality professional with experience of kitchen oversight and kitchen management to help with the day to day operations of the Tasting Room. The right person will have the ability to inspire the staff, leading by example, with enthusiasm and an upbeat personality.

    Job and Experience Requirements:

    Minimum 2 years of restaurant/kitchen management experience;

    Familiarity with food cost, inventory and ordering;

    Staff oversight and scheduling;

    Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook and Word;

    Able to work varied shifts, including weekends.

    Physical Requirements:

    Able to lift up to 40 Lbs. with no concern;

    Able to stand for prolonged periods of time;

    Tolerate temperature fluctuations of a commercial kitchen.

    Offers of employment are contingent a successful completion of pre-hire background check.
