As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for project planning, coordination, and execution within set timelines, budget constraints, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our team, you will supervise resource identification and management, risk assessment, and maximizing potential rewards. Responsibilities: • Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. • Develop detailed and accurate bids for projects. • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and prices for materials and services required for the project. • Efficiently schedule field technicians on a daily and weekly basis to manage the workflow of incoming work orders and jobs. • Conduct site visits as needed to provide hands-on supervision and ensure the successful completion of work according to specifications and quality standards. • Identify, document, and prepare change orders as they arise during a job or work order. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success. • Management of Subcontractor Relationships Qualifications: • MUST have experience in estimating • Extensive experience in general construction and repairs • 5 years of Construction/Maintenance experience is required • Property Management Experience “A Plus” • Proficient in computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Zuper • Must be willing to be On-Call on a rotating schedule for after-hours emergency calls. Additional pay will be provided. Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 yearly
