Responsibilities: • Analyze project plans and specifications to estimate the total cost of materials, labor, equipment, and overhead. • Develop detailed and accurate bids for projects. • Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotes and prices for materials and services required for the project. • Efficiently schedule field technicians on a daily and weekly basis to manage the workflow of incoming work orders and jobs. • Conduct site visits as needed to provide hands-on supervision and ensure the successful completion of work according to specifications and quality standards. • Identify, document, and prepare change orders as they arise during a job or work order. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and construction workers to facilitate collaboration and ensure project success. • Management of Subcontractor Relationships Qualifications: • MUST have experience in estimating • Extensive experience in general construction and repairs • 5 years of Construction/Maintenance experience is required • Property Management Experience “A Plus” • Proficient in computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel, Zuper • Must be willing to be On-Call on a rotating schedule for after-hours emergency calls.
