    Location: York, PA or surrounding areas

    Schedule & Compensation

    • Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday with overtime and occasional weekend work as required by project schedules.

    • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or salary based on experience and license level, plus travel pay/per diem where applicable. Work Truck provided.

    Description:

    • Cannonball Recruiting is seeking an Electrician that is licensed in Maryland and Pennsylvania to conduct work primarily within 4-hours of York, PA.

    Qualifications:

    • Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in Maryland 
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a commercial/industrial/residential electrician (adjust as needed)
    • Strong knowledge of NEC, state, and local electrical codes
    • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
    • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
    • Willingness and ability to travel within approximately 4 hours of York, PA, including occasional or frequent overnights.

    Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

    • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces as needed
    • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
    • Comfort working around active construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments
    • Able to work at heights up to 60FT in a scissor or boom lift

    Job Duties:

    • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents
    • Run conduit, pull wire, install panels, switches, receptacles, lighting, and related electrical devices
    • Perform electrical testing, diagnostics, and verification using appropriate meters and tools
    • Ensure all work complies with NEC (National Electrical Code) as well as Maryland and Pennsylvania state/local codes
    • Complete work orders, time sheets, and basic job documentation accurately and on time
    • Communicate effectively with project managers, customers, general contractors, and other trades on site
    • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements, including proper use of PPE.
    • Travel to job sites within roughly a 4-hour radius of York, PA; occasional overnight stays may be required
