The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales and a good understanding of the healthcare industry's unique needs.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the healthcare sector across Maryland.
    - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities.
    - Identify new business opportunities and actively pursue potential sales leads.
    - Conduct in-depth market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, and potential impacts to the organization.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of healthcare solutions.
    - Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the specific needs of healthcare clients.
    - Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and other key performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
    - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
    - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
    - Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the ability to quickly learn about new products and services.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    - Willingness to travel within Maryland and occasionally outside the state for client meetings and industry events.
