Masiakos, Mercurio & Di Pippo, P.C. - We are a fast-growing personal injury defense firm in the heart of Garden City Long Island seeking an experienced associate attorney (1-3 YEARS) in all phases of defense litigation. The candidate must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. EXPERIENCE IN PERSONAL INJURY DEFENSE LITIGATION AND ADMISSION TO NYS BAR ARE REQUIRED.

Duties to include but are not limited to:

• Ability to handle 50-70 cases from inception to Note of Issue filing;
• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, discovery demands/responses;
• Ability to review and analyze medical records and provide values;
• Conducting and defending general liability and motor vehicle depositions;
• Document production;
• Drafting discovery motions and Summary Judgment motions;
• Reviewing, maintaining, and organizing case files;
• Knowledge of TABS-3 Billing program a plus- will train;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Word required;
• Salary is commensurate with experience - $65,000-$85,000 annually
