Masis Professional Group is seeking a PART-TIME AFTERNOON RECEPTIONIST for a contract role that could become full-time for the right person in FARMINGTON CT.
Schedule: Monday through Friday afternoons, (20 hours per week), flexible but ideally 12:30pm to 4:30pm
Salary: Pay is $18 per hour based on relevant skills and experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Deliver a welcoming and positive experience to greet visitors at the front desk
- Provide general administrative support to the staff including answering phones, handling mail, using MS Office to create correspondence and data entry, and other general office support
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain calendars
- Assist financial and investment staff with projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Good communication skills
- Some exposure to financial or investment issues a plus but not required
- Keen attention to details
