Masis Professional Group has an immediate need for a bilingual contract recruiter. The right candidate would have previous experience recruiting for a manufacturing setting.

Pay: $28-$30 (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit qualified individuals to fill vacant positions
• Maintain and develop friendly relations with professional organizations and universities from which applicants may be recruited
• Collaborate with HR Personnel and executive stakeholders to determine an ideal hiring and staffing strategy
• Oversee and conduct candidate interviews and implement new hiring processes

Requirements:

• BA preferred, but not required
• 2 years of recruitment experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Ability to multitask, handle tasks with ease while maintaining a professional demeanor and a can do flexible attitude
