WHAT’LL YOU DO:

• Oversee and manage office responsibilities and client needs.
• Build candidate pools by researching and using community services, colleges, job fairs, online employment, and social media sites etc.
• Determine candidate requirements by reviewing client's job description and job qualifications.
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements using newsgroups and job board websites.
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arrange candidate interviews.
• Conduct telephone screenings and in-person interviews with candidates.
• Ensure completion of all candidate employment documentation.
• Conduct onsite tours and onboarding services.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Office Management experience
• Previous recruiting experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and social networking
• Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software
• Highly organized and able to multi-task and adapt based on company's and clients' needs
• Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
• Open availability willing to work weekends as needed bases on client demand
• Bilingual: English & Spanish helpful but not required.
