MASIS PROFESSIONAL GROUP IS SEARCHING FOR A HIGHLY-MOTIVATED AND SUPER-ORGANIZED NATIONAL FULL-DESK RECRUITER TO JOIN OUR GROWING DIRECT HIRE DIVISION. THIS POSITION WILL BE 100% REMOTE AND REQUIRES PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING REMOTELY. This key position is instrumental in driving the talent acquisition and sales efforts for our growing firm. The National Recruiter will be responsible for the business development and sales of new clients, as well as full cycle recruitment, proactive sourcing and hiring manager consultation in support of our high volume recruitment needs. This position will also be heavily involved in with our team to work on process improvement in the areas of sales, account management, applicant experience, recruitment planning, etc. This position will cover nationwide and local recruitment and sales planning and initiatives. The ideal candidate will not only be strong in full life cycle (sales and recruiting), but will also be able to assist in job description development, conduct market analysis, recruitment and sales consultation to external clients to define and maintain a high level of consistency, service and follow through.

• Advanced technical and computer skills and experience is absolutely required.
• Highly Advanced Internet and web browser researching skills; including BOOLEAN experience

NATIONAL RECRUITER - REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of sales experience in a Staffing and Recruiting environment.
• Must have at least 3 years of recruiting experience in a client and direct hire environment.
• Demonstrated experience in generating sales at a high volume.
• Demonstrated ability to source creatively and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates a must.
• Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
• Proven ability to generate sales leads, cold-call/cold-email prospective clients and set client meetings.
