Masons Famous Lobster Rolls is coming to the Scottsdale Quarter! We are looking for Lobster Roll Artists to grow with us, as part of a brand new concept launching mid April. In addition to getting to say "Lobstah" all day, our perfect candidates will be: Enthusiastic, reliable and willing to learn Obsessed with the customer experience Able to work varied shifts within a flexible structure for both full-time and part time positions (20 - 40 hours) Able to lift ten pounds and join the team in working both front and back of house General Duties will include: Welcome customers and use POS system to take customer orders and print tickets. Prepare orders according to customer ticket specifications. Prepare lobster rolls using griddles, turbochef oven and hand assembly. Follow all policies for correct use of recipe and menu items (correct ingredients, amounts, temperatures and presentation). Prepare soups, drinks, to-go bags, and side items for grill. Answer phones and take delivery/to-go orders. Keep beverage stations, counters and product displays stocked. Wipe down tables/chairs and restock condiment and napkin holders. Restock shelves, cabinets, bins, soup warmers and coolers. Perform dishwashing duties during shift and prior to leaving. Check bathroom for supplies/soap throughout shift. Empty full trash cans. Notify a manager of all customer complaints and POS system issues. Perform other related duties as requested. What does Masons Offer?
