    This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a successful and fast-growing insurance and investment firm in Southern California, affiliated with MassMutual, and be instrumental to its continued growth! We are seeking an Internal Recruiter to join our winning team! Responsible for recruiting both experienced financial advisors, as well as career changers seeking a more rewarding career. Must be high energy, outgoing, and proactive in search and sourcing capabilities. This is not an HR position, but a hunter mentality recruiting position. Our ideal recruiter will have experience in recruiting sales/commission sales professionals, but this is not a requirement. Required experience: Must have either sales or recruiting experience. Compensation: • Base salary based on experience plus variable compensation which will appeal to highly results-oriented individual • Medical and retirement benefits • Paid sick and vacation leave Responsibilities: • Source candidates utilizing social media, online postings, resume services, centers of influence, networking, career fairs, college campuses, career seminars • Heavy call volume to ideal candidates: conduct phone screen and preliminary phone interviews, and initial interviews • Communicate company culture and value proposition and/or the financial advisor career: effectively create the desire for the career and company • Manage the interview process of candidates assigned to the hiring managers • Coordinate recruiting events: invite prospects through email campaigns, cold calling, social media • Maintain a passive and active candidate pipeline, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining candidate information in the applicant tracking system • Provide management with requested reports and documents Qualifications: • A minimum of one years' experience in staffing agencies, recruiting, or other sales-related positions • Strong organizational skills • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Some cold calling experience • Working knowledge of Office and a CRM • Self-motivated and results-oriented personality Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 yearly
