Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Turn Leads into Gold: Convert leads from our extensive database into qualified appointments for our sales team. • Be the Voice of Massa & Associates: Engage with potential clients through daily phone calls, building and maintaining relationships. • Team Up for Success: Work closely with the sales team to set up meetings and drive the sales process forward. • Grow and Improve: Report your daily activities and results, continuously improve through feedback and coaching, and embrace new ideas and strategies.
