    We are actively seeking motivated individuals to join a top level sales company in an entry-level sales position. Metro Sales provides an excellent sales training program. College degree not required.

     

    WHAT DO WILL DO:

    • Achieve established goals and quotas profitably.
    • Prospect for new business in the Document Services Division of business in order to consistently increase sales, penetrate territory, & increase customer base and market share.
    • Conduct needs analysis appointments and make sales
    • Invest time and energy in training for personal development in the areas of selling skills and product knowledge.
    • Conduct business honestly, ethically, and with integrity, which will develop trust & respect with customers and fellow employees

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS:

    • Highly motivated to pursue outside sales career.
    • Well developed multi-tasking, organizational skills, and detail orientation are key to success.
    • High drive/energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Must demonstrate sound judgment and decision making ability.
    • Computer proficiency in MS Office, e-mail and internet functions.
    • No previous sales experience required.
