MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM

MASSAGE ENVY- OPPORTUNITIES AT 6 LOCATIONS!!! 

Earn $13 base pay plus tiered bonus structure for MEMBERSHIP SALES

Massage Envy is the nation's # 1 provider of therapeutic massage and skincare services. We are rapidly expanding in the Orange County area and have immediate openings in our Mission Viejo, Lake Forest, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Dana Point. We are looking for self-starters motivated by growth and opportunity! Applicants must be willing to challenge themselves with enthusiasm and with a positive outlook. Once on-boarded you will have the opportunity to participate in our Management Training Program pending your performance. You will be challenged on a daily basis with customer service issues and internal issues, but will be given on the job training to create solutions! We are looking for applicants who want 30+ hour per week REQUIREMENTS:

DUTIES:

• Presenting and SELLING the Wellness program- This is a SALES POSITION this is NOT a reception position.
• Understand and present knowledge for all service offerings and products
• Scheduling appointments while paying attention to detail and up-selling services
• Forming relationships and providing excellent service to our members and guests
• Assist in maintaining impeccable spa environment throughout clinic
• Handling escalated customer service issues to retain members and guests
• Assist in retail sales
• Assist clinic management with any operational responsibilities
