As a Clinic Manager, day-to-day responsibilities include hiring and training team members, overseeing our membership sales process, maintaining client profiles and product inventory, and ensuring great customer service within the clinic. Through your leadership and commitment as a Clinic Manager, you play a key role in maintaining a strong clinic culture, the foundation of Massage Envy's vision.

Massage Envy is searching for a dynamic leader for its Golden Valley MN location. This leader must oversee and manage the operations of the clinic;

• Participate in setting and achieving membership and retail sales goals
• Manage and monitoring staff and therapist work schedules.
• Responsible for all human resource functions for clinic staff
• Assists in providing excellent service to members/guests.
• Maintain professional, clean and safe clinic environment for team members and clients/guests.
• Responsible for generating and analyzing sales reports. -Maintains retail and supply inventory and ordering. -Other duties as assigned.
