Assistant Spa Manager

Description

Our exciting and innovative clinic is searching for an Assistant Spa Manager to assist in driving success in massage and facial services. The Assistant Manager must possess excellent people and sales skills, with a dedication to service. Key duties include staff scheduling, sales training, ensuring adherence to company processes and protocols and community outreach. The Assistant Manager's job is to ensure the highest client satisfaction, be a motivator to the spa associates to exceed their goals and to resolve all operational issues that may occur.

Responsibilities

Put your best face forward in this high energy position and ensure that every guest has a friendly, inviting and memorable experience.

Assist the Manager in managing all aspects of the spa, including closing sales

Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and collect payment for services.

Have a thorough understanding of our wellness program to drive sales and promotions

Assist employees to consistently increase guest retention, service sales, and maintain minimum retail sales goals.

Goals for this position are client retention, retail, and service sales.

Compensation
